This product is manufactured according to the requirements of the user, and is based on the current ultraviolet aging test standards such as ASTM G 153, ASTM G 154, ASTM D 4329, ASTM D 4799, ASTM D 4587, SAE J2020, ISO 4892. It mainly provides UV aging tests for coatings, adhesives, plastics, roofing materials, printing inks, textiles and other industries to assess the adaptability and durability of the samples, or to evaluate the behavior of the samples. It is an indispensable important test method for the whole process of new product development, prototype test and product qualification test.

Product Characteristics

1. Irradiation/condensation/water spraying test can be carried out separately, and any combination of radiation/condensation/water spraying test can be programmed.

2. Provide comprehensive and detailed real-time monitoring and curve recording for important test parameters such as irradiance, temperature and time (controller with recorder function).

3. The system has good stability, surveillance, operation and maintenance.

4. Provide life reference for imported ultraviolet lamp tubes with expensive materials (lamp tubes are consumables, life is about 1600 hours). It is convenient for users to confirm the replacement time of lamp tubes and save the use cost. The irradiance can be measured and controlled by equipping the irradiance measuring and controlling device (solar eye), so that the irradiance can be automatically stabilized at the set value, and the service life of the lamp tube can be greatly prolonged.

5. Automated water supply and drainage design is adopted, and high-power mercury water with high cost is used to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spraying.

The working environment temperature is 5-35 C and the humidity is 0-80% RH. 2. The imported ultraviolet lamp tube belongs to the normal test consumables. The ultraviolet radiation emitted by the imported ultraviolet lamp tube will be greatly reduced after its life is exhausted. It is not covered by two-year free warranty.

3. If there is a quality problem in the product, the telephone reply should be made within 15 minutes after receiving the call (or fax) for repair. If the problem can not be solved in the phone, the professional maintenance personnel of our company will come to the door within 24 hours to deal with it.
