Product Introduction

DRK124 double-wing drop tester is a new type of instrument developed according to GB4857.5 "Transportation package basic test vertical impact drop test method" standard. The drop test bench is mainly used to simulate the impact strength of the package during the transportation, loading and unloading process, and to determine the impact strength of the package and the rationality of the package design. The vertical impact test piece for the transport package can be freely selected by the free fall. The drop height can be preset. When the test piece is raised to the preset height, it can be automatically positioned. The drop height can be preset. Set. The release mechanism is free, flexible and reliable, ensuring that the test piece is not affected by any external force during the release moment and free fall, thus ensuring the required drop of the test piece. Strong and scientific, safe and reliable. The drop tester is designed to test the damage of the product package from falling, and to assess the impact strength during transport handling.

Principle

This series of drop tester adopts double column direction and electromagnet adsorption buffer, which is stable and reliable, and can achieve edge, surface and corner drop.

1. Turn on the power switch and turn on the power lamp (at this time, it is very dangerous to forbid people without professional training to enter the yellow warning line to do any relevant test operation), check whether the two flanges are in the horizontal position, otherwise use the hａnd plate to the horizontal position;

2. Place test specimens on the two flanges and fix them with fixtures. Everyone stands outside the safety line.

3. Click the rising key lightly to raise the two wings to the required test height, and then press the stop key to stop the rising.

4. Press the drop button to test the free falling of the object, and complete the test, and record the condition of the sample after the drop test.

5. Testing other products according to the above 2-4 test methods, and making free fall test according to the required surface, angle and edge.

6. Remarks: No stand-ups are allowed on the workbench during drop test. (danger)

5. Notes and Maintenance

1. The shell of the test machine must be grounded reliably, otherwise it will be dangerous of electric shock.

2. Air switches and contactors with leakage protection above the same capacity should be connected to the power supply inlet end so as to cut off the power supply immediately in case of emergency.

3. When the machine is running, do not touch the parts except the control panel with your hands to prevent scratches or crushing.

4. If you need to move the machine, you must cut off the power supply and cool it for 5 minutes before operating.

5. When the new machine is installed in the factory, appropriate low-concentration oil should be added to the sliding rod. It is strictly forbidden to add rust-proof oil or high-concentration oil and corrosive oil with backlog seeds.

6. If there is too much dust in the oiling area for a long time, please lower the machine to the lower part, wipe the oil before testing, and then re-oiling; regularly add lubricating oil to the transmission parts of the machine;

7. Dropping machine belongs to impact mechanical equipment. When the new machine is used more than 500 times, the screw must be tightened to avoid malfunction.
