Production Introduction
The flat vulcanizing machine is suitable for vulcanization of various rubber products, and is an advanced hot pressing device for pressing and forming various thermosetting plastics. The flat vulcanizing machine has two heating and steaming types. It is mainly composed of three parts: main engine, hydraulic system and electric control system. The fuel tank is installed separately on the left side of the main unit and is not affected by the temperature of the hot plate. The operating valve is installed on the left side of the main machine. Easy to operate and visually spacious.
The electric control box of the flat vulcanized structure is installed on the right side of the main unit. Each type of electric heating plate has 6 electric heating pipes, the total power is 2.4KW, and 6 electric heating pipes are arranged in unequal distances. The power of each electric heating pipe is different, thus ensuring uniform temperature of hot plate and hot plate temperature. Automatic control, high temperature control precision and good quality of processed products. No pressure drop, no oil leakage, low noise, high precision and flexible operation. The vulcanizer structure is a column structure, and the pressing form is a down pressure type.
This machine is equipped with 100/6 oil pump, which is directly driven by electric motor. The motor is started with magnetic starter and built-in overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters a fault, it will automatically stop.
The middle hot plate of the machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns and is equipped with guides. The machine adopts tubular electric heating element to heat, no boiler is needed, reduce air pollution, keep the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Can be used stand-alone, user-friendly. The machine is equipped with a storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil, and the oil pump is used for circulation work. For oil type, it is recommended to use N32# or N46# hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through 100 meshes 25×25 filter before it can be injected into the fuel tank. The oil must be kept clean and free of impurities.
Instrument Management
The machine is equipped with an electric control box for operating the motor, stopping and controlling the heating system. The control handle on the control valve can control the flow direction of pressure oil. Before the use of the equipment, filtered pure oil should be injected into the tank. Oil injection holes should be arranged on the tank, and the injection height should be injected according to the oil mark height.
Before the normal use of the equipment, it must go through the empty running test run. Before the test run, it is necessary to check whether the connection parts are loose and the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for the test run are as follows:
1. Pull down the handle of the control valve, open the control valve, start the oil pump, let the pump idle for 10 minutes, and the sound is normal before it can run without load.
2. Pull the handle upward, close the control valve, let the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure into the cylinder, and make the plunger rise to the closure of the hot plate.
3. The number of hotplate closures should not be less than 5 times in the empty running test run. Only after the machine meets the design requirements can it be put into normal use.
