Production Introduction
Flat vulcanizer is suitable for vulcanization of various rubber products. It is advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing various thermosetting plastics. Flat-plate vulcanizer has two heating modes, steam and electricity, which are mainly composed of main engine, hydraulic system and electronic control system. Fuel tank is installed on the left side of main engine separately, and is not affected by the temperature of hot plate. Operating valve is installed on the left side of main engine, which is convenient for workers to operate and has spacious vision.
The electric control box of the flat vulcanizer structure is separately installed on the right side of the main engine. Each electro thermal plate has six electro thermal tubes with a total power of 3.0KW and six electro thermal tubes arranged in unequal distances. The power of each section of each electro thermal tube is unequal, thus ensuring the uniformity of the temperature of the hot plate, automatic control of the temperature of the hot plate, high precision of temperature control and good quality of the processed products. No pressure drop, no oil leakage, low noise, high accuracy, flexible operation. The structure of the vulcanizer is column type, and the pressing form is downward pressure type.
The machine is equipped with 100/6 oil pump, which is driven directly by the motor. The motor is started by magnetic starter. It is equipped with overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters fault, it will stop automatically.
The mid-layer hot plate of the machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four pillars and is equipped with a guide frame. The machine uses tubular electric heating elements to heat without boilers, reduces air pollution, keeps the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can be used on a stand-alone computer and is convenient for users. The machine is equipped with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil and used for circulating the oil pump. It is recommended to use N32# or N46# hydraulic oil for oil types. Oil must be filtered through 100 mesh/25*25 filter before it can be injected into the tank. Oil must be kept clean and not mixed with impurities.
Instrument Management
The machine is equipped with an electric control box for operating the motor, stopping and controlling the heating system. The control handle on the control valve can control the flow direction of pressure oil. Before the use of the equipment, filtered pure oil should be injected into the tank. Oil injection holes should be arranged on the tank, and the injection height should be injected according to the oil mark height.
Before the normal use of the equipment, it must go through the empty running test run. Before the test run, it is necessary to check whether the connection parts are loose and the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for the test run are as follows:
1. Pull down the handle of the control valve, open the control valve, start the oil pump, let the pump idle for 10 minutes, and the sound is normal before it can run without load.
2. Pull the handle upward, close the control valve, let the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure into the cylinder, and make the plunger rise to the closure of the hot plate.
3. The number of hotplate closures should not be less than 5 times in the empty running test run. Only after the machine meets the design requirements can it be put into normal use.
