Product Introduction

DRK106W touch screen horizontal stiffness meter is an instrument for detecting the bending strength of paper, cardboard and other low-strength sheet non-metallic materials. The equipment is designed according to GB/T2679.3 "paper and paperboard stiffness test", applicable to ISO249. 3 "Determination of paper and cardboard stiffness", the measuring principle of the instrument meets the requirements of ISO 5628 "paper and paperboard - static bending stiffness measurement - general principle", and is applicable to other types of paperboard measurement.

Product Application

Generally 20 mN—10000mN (The reduced bending moment is 2 mN.m lOOOmN.m) Paper and cardboard are also suitable for some materials with high stiffness.

ü Measurement range: bending force (15-300) mN, resolution 0.1 mN

ü The indication accuracy is less than 50 mN (+0.6 mN), and the other (+1%) indication variability is less than 1%.

 Power supply: AC220V±5%, 50Hz, the power supply should be grounded reliably. If   the power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the above range, a power regulator should be used. The working environment is clean, there is no strong magnetic field vibration source, and the worktable is flat and stable.
