Product Introduction

The DRK219B automatic torque meter is suitable for the bottle cap and the opening torque value of the bottle packaging container. It can meet the bottle manufacturer's own product testing, and can also meet the food and pharmaceutical enterprises' detection of the container packaging bottle cap. Whether the torque value is appropriate or not has a great influence on the intermediate transportation of the product and the final consumption. The instrument test process is fully automated, reducing the error in test results caused by manual operation.

Product Application

Test methods

The sample bottle body is fixed on the bottom clamping plate, and the bottom clamping plate can rotate automatically through the motor, adjust the height of the sample, fix the bottle cap in the upper fixture, and the lower clamping chassis drives the bottle body to rotate automatically, which causes the upper cap fixture to test the torsion required for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the bottle cap through a torque sensor.
