ZWS-0200 Compressive Stress Relaxation Instrument
Product details
Product Introduction
Compressive stress relaxation tester is used to measure the compressive stress relaxation property of vulcanized rubber. It is especially suitable for the application of rubber products as sealing materials. It meets the requirements of GB1685 "Determination of compressive stress relaxation of vulcanized rubber at room temperature and high temperature", GB/T 13643 "Measurement of compressive stress relaxation of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber" and other standards. Compression stress relaxation instrument has simple structure, easy operation, digital display of compression force value, intuitive and reliable, and is widely used.
Technical Parameters
1. Sensor Force Measurement/Display Range: 2500
2. Force measurement accuracy: 1% (0.5%)
3. Power supply: AC220V + 10%, 50Hz
4. Shape size: 300 x 174 x 600 (mm)
5. Weight: 35kg
Operation Method
1. Choose the appropriate controller according to the test requirements and fix it with three bolts.
2. Connect the two wires drawn from the back panel of the digital display box with the connection screw of the indenter and the clamp pad respectively. Note: These two wires are generally not connected to the rack, sensor, etc.
3. Switch on the power supply, turn on the power switch, turn on the power indicator, and preheat for 5-10 minutes before putting it into use.
4. When you need to clear, you need to release the electricity, that is, press the "clear" button.
5. Clean the operating surface of the fixture carefully, and select the restrictor according to the type of the sample. Measure the height of the center part of the sample with the percentile meter. Place the sample in the fixture, so that the sample and the metal rod are located on the same axis, fasten the fixture with the nut, and compress the sample to the prescribed compression rate.
6.30+2 minutes later, the fixture is placed in the relaxation instrument, the handle is pulled to make the moving plate rise and the pressure head contacts with the metal rod, but at this time, the plane part of the metal rod still contacts the upper pressure plate of the fixture, the two wires are in the conducting state, the contact indicator lights are not on, the moving plate continues to rise, the sample is compressed, the plane part of the metal rod is separated from the upper pressure plate of the fixture, and the two wires are disconnected. Touch the indicator light and record the display force at this time.
7. Pull the handle to lower the moving plate and press the "clearing" button to measure the other two samples in the same way (according to the standard).
8. After the measurement is completed, the compressed sample (with fixture) is placed in the constant temperature box at the specified temperature. If the compressive stress relaxation property of the sample in liquid medium is measured, it must be carried out in a sealed container.
9. After a certain period of time in the thermostat, take out the fixture or container, cool it for 2 hours, and then put it into the relax meter to measure the compression pressure of each sample after relaxation. The method is the same as 4.6. The stress relaxation coefficient and percentage are calculated.
10. After the test, turn off the power supply, remove the power plug, and coat the test fixture, limiter and other parts with rust-proof oil for preservation.
