F0012 - Foam Compression Tester (PLC)

The IDM Foam Compression Tester is used for determining the deflection force of flexible 

cellular polyurethane. The ILD or IFD of flexible cellular polyurethane is a common test, as 

per ASTM, ISO, AS, BS international standards.  

This machine performs two methods for determining the deflection force of flexible 

cellular polyurethane. Test A is the indentation force on deflection and Test B is the 

compression force on deflection. It is a PLC controlled machine that makes it very easy 

for the operator to use.
