Feature description

1. This machine is customized and can be equipped with a variety of light sources (ultraviolet, green light, optical fiber, CO2, MOPA);

2. At present, the machine is equipped with a carbon dioxide laser;

3. Adopt RF excitation sealed off CO2 laser, stable performance, can work for a long time;

4. Using high-speed digital scanning head, small size, fast speed and good stability;

5. The laser power is controlled by software, continuously adjustable, and marking and cutting can be realized on one product at the same time;

6. Using the most advanced 3D laser projection technology, the 360-degree sphere can fully cover the marking.

7. Marking with five-axis simultaneous motion: scanning galvanometer 3 axis, frame 2 axis.

8. Any content can be marked on the sphere, such as: marking on the globe, engraving the earth's latitude and longitude, Chinese and English words, patterns, patterns;

9. High marking accuracy: it can satisfy marking a large amount of information on extremely small objects. For example, a fine and clear world map can be marked on a small sphere around 10cm.

Application area

It is mainly used for marking non-metallic spheres and round objects. It can also be used for marking and cutting of various non-metallic materials, such as bamboo and wood products, leather, cloth, building ceramics, paper products, cloth, rubber products, etc.
