SZCD-Z intelligent DC charging station can provide safe and reliable direct current for electric cars. Based on the advanced IGBT current transformer technology, active PFC technology and intelligent charging control accounting method, it is able to charge cars in an effective, reliable and highly compatible way with good performance, making it a practical product with multiple functions and high reliability.

High efficiency: high-frequency DC isolation converting technology makes the machine’s efficiency reaches 96%;

Broad range of DC voltage: 200V~700V, meet both national standard 200V~500V and 350V~750V;

Fast charging speed: the machine adopts intelligent charging control algorithm which not only increases the charging efficiency but also extends the working life of the batteries;

Few pollution on power grid: the machine uses the advanced IGBT converter technology and active PFC technology, making the power factor higher than 0.997 and the THDi lower than 3%;

Multiple charging modes: automatic and manual charging modes satisfy different needs of customers;

Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction Interface: the seven-inch LCD screen can show the current time, card balance, charging amount and cash amount. The screen can be set into various modes to meet different requirements;

Strong card management function: common cards such as RFID and IC can be used in charging transaction;

Safety: various protection functions help the machine effectively respond to emergencies. These functions include overheat protection, emergency stop, abnormal charging prevention, isolation test, short-circuit protection, AC lighting prevention, output over-voltage/ over-current protection, AC input over/ under voltage protection and DC output voltage/current limiting;

Power quality management: IGBT converter makes the energy flow from two way. It can provide direct current for car-mounted charging generator. In non-charging stage, it can also be set to power quality management modes, such as harmonic compensation, reactive power compensation and three-phase unbalance, to achieve comprehensive management of power quality;

Protection: the machine is moisture-proof, anti-mildew, salt-proof, fog-proof, anti-rust and anti-oxidation;

Powerful communication interface: RS485, CAN. GPRS and Ethernet interface are prepared. More interfaces can be added;
