YBM（Y）-12/0.4 (TBM) Prefabricated Substation

YBM（Y）-12/0.4 (TBM) high/low voltage prefabricated substation is applied to TBM power supply and distribution system and provides safe and reliable power for TBM. It is the dedicated power distribution for TBM, which integrates power distribution unit, power transformer and reactive compensator, and possess the features of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance and removable. The product meets the standard requirements of GB/T 17467-2010 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation and DL/T 537-2002 high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated cubical substation.

YBM（Y）-12/0.4 (TBM) high/low voltage prefabricated substation adopts metal-closed box type, the protection level is not less than IP55 with high sealing performance;

The structure of substation is arranged according to the Chinese character “目"，which can be divided into four compartments, namely, HV compartment, transformer compartment I, transformer compartment II, LV compartment. Each compartment is separated from other by steel plate.

Each transformer is placed in separate compartment, each compartment has separate temperature and humidity control system, which is not only conducive to transformer heat dissipation, but also conducive to energy saving.

The enclosure and internal components of substation are all equipped with anti-shock precautions with high insulation performance and heat dissipation performance.
