XLS Power Distribution Cabinet

XLS series power distribution cabinet is suitable for industrial and civil buildings as the AC 50Hz three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire power supply system with rated voltage of 500V and below for power distribution and lighting distribution. It has functions of feed, control, metering, protection and so on. The power distribution cabinet can be applied to mansions, hotels, stations, hospitals and industrial and mining enterprises, etc.

This indoor enclosed distribution cabinet meetsthe standards of GB7251, IEC60439 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment"ａnd so on.

1. XLS series power distribution cabinet is enclosed type. The cabinet body is welded by bendinghigh-quality steel plate. All structural parts inside cabinet are zincplated, and all busbars are processed by hot tin. The steel plate of the enclosure is treated by pickling, phosphating and passivation, and then epoxy powder coating and electrostatic spraying are adopted.

2.There are multiple output circuit in the main circuit. Due to the small load capacity, one cabinet can accommodate more output circuit, up to a dozen loops.

3. The main switch of the main circuit mostly uses moulded case circuit breaker or knife switch. The cost is low and the operation is convenient. The branch output adopts a small-capacity molded case circuit breaker or a miniature circuit breaker. When the branch circuit is used to control the motor, AC contactor and thermal relay are used to increase the reliability of the circuit operation.
4.Protective earthing measures: the earthing screw and the connecting part of the cabinet body are welded by bolts. Each functional unit has PE protective copper busbar, which is reliably connected with the main grounding and the frame.
