YBB Series Photovoltaic Prefabricated Substation

The photovoltaic prefabricated substation is a padmounted transformer for photovoltaic power generation. It is developed by our company by combining domestic and foreign advanced technology experience with our own advantages. The theory goes that AC voltage of 10kV or 35kV cab be achieved after inversion of DC voltage generated by solar energy, then fed into the grid system or directly into the user grid system, thus completing the photovoltaic power generation task. The photovoltaic prefabricated substation consists of high and low voltage switchgear, step-up transformer, monitoring device and enclosure, which is a complete set of movable distribution equipment pre-assembled in the factory. The photovoltaic prefabricated substation realizes integration of the primary and secondary system, assembly modularization, industrialization of construction process and construction simplification.

This product is applicable to both integrated and distributed photovoltaic power stations. It is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T17467-2010 “High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" and JB/T10217-2013 “Padmounted Transformer" and other standards.

The photovoltaic prefabricated substation is arranged in “目" or “品" shape;

The enclosure is assembled by cold rolled steel plate after paint spraying. The base is welded by U-steel, then undergoes electrophoresis and paint spraying. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and sufficient mechanical strength;

The substation has compact structure, small volume, small occupied area, and convenient transportation and installation;

The body has good heat insulation, protection against rain and radiation and ventilation effect;

Every compartment of the substation is equipped with lighting facilities. The transformer is mounted on the outside of the body with good heat radiation condition.
