Product Details

The SSB-PTCT cell is an in-situ device designed for the X-ray three-dimensional imaging of solid-state batteries under different pressure conditions and different types of electrode materials during the charging and discharging process. The in-situ device can precisely control the pressure applied to the solid-state battery by adding a pressure device. The pressure adjustment range on the electrode sheet is from zero to 20 MPa, and the control accuracy is 0.1 MPa. The solid-state battery itself is made of PEEK materials, which can be matched with a laboratory micron CT imaging device or a synchrotron radiation high-energy X-ray CT imaging station. It is a very important method to study the lithium deintercalation behavior of electrode materials under different pressure conditions.

1. The in-situ pressure device is mainly designed for solid-state batteries, and on this basis, the CT imaging function of electrode materials during charging and discharging is expanded;

2. The in-situ pressure device is matched with the conventional micron CT imaging equipment in the laboratory, or the synchrotron radiation high-energy X-ray CT imaging station;

3. The in-situ pressure device is matched with a pressure and pressure measurement system, which can accurately regulate the pressure applied to the internal electrodes of the solid-state battery;

4. The in-situ pressure device is very suitable for the study of lithium deintercalation behavior under different pressure conditions during the charging and discharging process of solid-state batteries;

5. The pressure and pressure measurement system is equipped with a program control system, with its own operating software, which can remotely control and monitor the pressure applied to the electrode through a computer;

6. The pressure adjustment range on the electrode sheet: 0-20MPa, the pressure control accuracy: 0.1MPa;

7. The solid-state battery can match different electrode material systems;

8. Fluorine gaskets are used to seal all the cell, making sure the overall system sealing;

9. In the assembly process, the electrode materials and electrolyte can be easily assembled; meanwhile, all components can also be easily disassembled and cleaned.

10. The in-situ cell can be reused.
