The bin pump system is used powder material fluid and pressure gradient technology to convey the powder material.
Product Details

According to technological process, XYB-s bin pump system is selected. The pump’s character is suit to transport the powder materials that is the big density, high moisture content. The bin pump’s control kernel is Simems-s PLC, and the control panel is used graphical user interface.

Working Principle

1)Start preparation

Before the operation of the system, check whether the equipment is in good condition, whether the compressed air meets the requirements, whether each manual ball valve is opened to the appropriate position, and whether the power supply is normal.

Please read the diagram for the structure and the accessories of the bin pump in the, the manual ball valve is the main pneumatic air valve, the valve will fully open when the system is working, and fully close when the system is maintaining or stopping long time. the manual ball valve is used to mist the powder material, it is used to adjust the transportation density. the manual ball valve is used to fluidify the powder material and adjust the transportation density. the manual ball valve is used to supplement conveying pneumatic air, it can decrease transportation density further (or it is used to dredge the transportation pipes when the pipes blocked. When dredging the pipes, the valve need fully open, and the valve, the valve need fully close). The valves are interrelated; we need adjust the opened degree with the valves again and again to increase efficiency. The value on the pressure transmitter is about 0.3MPa, usually, if the value is bigger, the conveying may be failed.

2)Running

Turn on the power of the control panel; the screen will display an initial graphics (graphics 1). And press the “Powder material conveying pump system" to enter the running graphics ( graphics 2).

All the buttons are the state switch, the state will change when pressing the button. At first, we ought to select a running mode: “manual" or “auto", “manual" is running by the manual, “auto" is running by the PLC. To press the button under the “Auto" when we need to auto run mode. And press the button under the “Manual" when we need to manual run mode.

When the work mode is manual, we can operate the feed valve, discharge valve, exhaust valve and injection valve by manual. When the system is running, the “Run process" can observe the states of the electronic valves.

In front of the “Run process", it has 4 frames and the frames will display the state of the electronic valves. The next 2 frames will display the state of the material level and the bin pump. “Date display" is display the pressure value and the running time. The time of the feeder and the conveying display only on the “auto" mode.

3)The parameters set

The “Date setting" can set the parameters about the bin pump auto run mode.

Feeding time setting:at first, we need to calculate time about feeding a full pump actually. The parameter value ought to be bigger than the actually time. (In the manual mode, open the 14 discharge valve (manual exhaust) and the 11 feeder valve, then start recording the feeder powder material time, if the 10 level metering is send message, close the feeder valve and the discharge valve, calculate the time value and input the value to the box.

Delivery time setting:we need to calculate time about conveying actually. The parameter value ought to be bigger than the actually time.     1) When the transportation pipes is blocked, we ought to change the running case to the manual mode, close the 5 manual ball valve and the 7 manual ball valve , open the 19 manual ball valve fully and the 4 switch valve for compressive air.     4) When the system begins working, or the system is not working until a long time, it must work by “Manual" mode at first. To open the exhaust valve and injection valve and flows 5 minutes.


    5) Flow 5 minutes before stopping.


    6) In the “Manual" running mode, it must close the feeder valve immediately when the material level is display to avoid the valve can not full close.
