Gas pulse test bed for aviation pressure container

The gas pulse test bed can fully meet the test requirement for pressure containers of the aviation system and carry out gas pulse test and airtight and proof pressure test for pressure containers and pipelines.

2. Function and characteristics

1)Carry out pulse test for pressure containers and pipelines of the aviation system;

2)With connection of hose, provided with the interface easy to be installed for convenient installation of different types;

3)The number of test cycles is set at will and it stops automatically after the test is completed;

4)The test parameter is analyzed and stored automatically with test report generated and printed;

5)The machine will stop automatically if there is leakage of the tested parts or the pressure is too high with the reasons of fault displayed, enabling convenient operation and repair;

6)Data acquisition software of U.S. NI Company is used for real-time analysis and storage and the test report may be produced and printed. Data share through LAN and other computers is allowed.
