This pump, developed by our company, can generate high-pressure gas through the driving of low-pressure gas. This product has a total of three series, of which the maximum pressure may reach 70MPa. There are multiple kinds of gases such as N2, O2 and others used for the working medium. This product is characterized by easy use, low cost, low noise and easy to repair, and what is more, it is high in reliability, long in life and free of maintenance, and is suitable for the factory-leaving test, destructive experiment and others of all kinds of products. Working medium may be a gas, nitrogen, oxygen, and most of the gas, and high reliability, long life, maintenance-free.
This pump is a kind of plunger type displacement pump that can convert low-pressure gas pressure into high-pressure gas pressure, namely, making used of the low gas pressure at the big-area piston end to generate high gas pressure at the small-area end. Under normal circumstances, the electrically driven pump must continuously run to maintain a certain output pressure, what is more, it needs by-pass components for overflow, as a result, this leads to energy loss and heat-amount rise, and in addition, it needs a larger oil tank. But our company’s products overcome above-mentioned shortcomings. When the pump is moving to and fro, the reciprocating speed of pump, as the output pressure is close to the set pressure value, will gradually slow down until to stop. At this time, the gas at both ends of piston and the liquid lie in pressure balancing, and the piston basically keep still; at this time, there is a minimum energy consumption; this fluid pressure does not rise any more, and the part stops moving.
On the contrary, the electric pump must run continuously to maintain a certain - the pressure output, and it takes another pass element overflow, resulting in loss of energy, heat rises, it takes another pass element and a larger fuel tank.
The pump is simple in structure, and high in efficiency. Compared with other hydraulic pumps, it is undoubtedly that it is more able to reduce costs and save energy for many industries and fields of research.
