The test bed can meet the pulse test requirement for hydraulic hose assembly, pipelines and joints of aviation system fully. The equipment performs test for pipelines, check the endurance quality of pipeline joints according to relevant technical standard and requirements by simulating the actual work condition of pipeline joint in aviation system.

3.Functions and characteristics
1)Carry out pulse test for pipelines of the aviation system;
2)Servo control system and computer automatic control;
3)Pulse pressure, test times, pulse wave can be set through computer;
4)The interface displays test data dynamically and draws the real-time time-pressure wave. The wave curve is smooth;
5)Data acquisition software of U.S. NI Company is used for real-time analysis and storage and the test report may be produced and printed;
6)With complete indication of protection function, the machine will stop automatically if there is leakage of the tested parts or the pressure is too high with the reasons of fault displayed, enabling convenient operation and repair.
