The test device is used for air volume test of vehicles and household air conditioners, air volume test at air outlet of auto air conditioners, air distribution test at air outlet of vehicle air conditioner, airtight test of air channel of vehicle air conditioner and enclosure of air conditioner, air leakage test of enclosure of air conditioner, performance test of air conditioner fans and airtight measurement of vehicle body.

It meets the requirements of GB/T1236-2000. It can be used for design and R&D of laboratory of auto manufacturer or delivery inspection of manufacturing.

Tested items: static pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, air volume, fan efficiency of air conditioner, fan current and voltage of air conditioner, leakage rate of enclosure of air conditioner, air test at air outlet of auto air conditioner

Range of measured air volume: 10~800m3/h；30~2000m3/h；200~5000m3/h, etc (customize according to customer’s requirement).

Testing accuracy: repeatability accuracy 2%;

Temperature: 20±15℃;

Humidity: 65±20% (ensured by users);

Measurement parameters: temperature and humidity of wind tunnel and atmospheric pressure.
