Burst Test Bed for Oil Drilling Pipeline

The burst test bed may complete the burst proof pressure strength test of large diameter hydraulic pipeline such as oil drilling pipes. The equipment performs pressure strength test for large pipelines according to relevant technical standard and requirements and may conduct burst test, leakage test, proof pressure test, length change rate test and expansion rate test for oil drilling pipelines of large diameter.

2. Function and characteristics

1)Stepless regulation for pressure;

2)Safety protection of pressure relief;

3)If shut down occurs with leakage alarm, automatic pressure compensation may be conducted;

4)Test data and curve can be displayed in a real-time manner. The test result can be stored automatically. The test report is printed at will;

5)At the time of emergency shutdown, pressure of the test sample and inside the equipment may be discharged manually;

6）The burst chamber is installed with safety observation window and lighting lamp to observe the test condition conveniently and ensures the safety of observers;
