The integral hydraulic continuously variable transmission device is also called static hydraulic transmission device, integral hydraulic transmission device. It is the new transmission device to achieve hydraulic technology and mechanical transmission. The device features wide scope of speed adjustment, strong adaptive capacity, simple structure, small volume, low cost and is widely used in Industrial power transmission and the field of speed adjustment. The integral test bed for hydraulic CVT device is the inspection and test bed for such transmission device and is able to complete the performance test items such as total efficiency test, volume efficiency test, overloaded test, commutation test and examination of external leakage, etc.
1.Overview
75KW CVT hydraulic test bed is developed according to requirement for test method of JB/T 10831-2008 hydrostatic transmission device. The test bed adopts independent oil filtration cyclic test system. It is mainly made up of power-driven system, hydraulic control system, filtration cycle system, oil leakage recovery system, electric control system, and computer control test system, etc. It performs the functions of power drive, oil supply, hydraulic loading, oil recovery and electric control and measurement of test parameters, etc.
