Our company designs and fabricates various kinds of standard- and non-standard hydraulic systems with a pressure ranging from 2.5MPa~42MPa, traffic up to 800L / min.

1.Composition and working principle of hydraulic station:

Hydraulic station, also called hydraulic pump station, is an independent hydraulic device. It is based on requirements of drive unit (principle machine) to supply oil and to control oil-flow direction, pressure and flow quantity, and it is applicable to various kind of hydraulic machinery that may separate the principle from the hydraulic device. The hydraulic machinery can realize all kinds of regulated actions and working cycles as long as the user connects the hydraulic station with principle-machine actuating mechanism-oil cylinder and oil motor) through oil pipes after your purchasing.

Hydraulic station is composed of pump device, integrated block or valve combination, oil tank, and electrical box. Function of each part is as follows:

l Pump unit——there are an electrical motor and an oil pump mounted on it, and it is the power resource of hydraulic station, and can convert the mechanical energy into kinetic energy of hydraulic oil.

l Integrated block——A combination of hydraulic valves and the passage body. It can conduct the adjustment of direction, pressure and flow quantity for hydraulic oil.

l Valve combination——A combination of plate valve and upright plate on which the plate valve is mounted, and there is a pipe connection behind the plate. And its function is the same with that of integrated block.

l Oil tank——A kind of semi-closed container that is made of steel plate through welding. There is an oil filter screen, an air cleaner and others mounted on it. It is used for oil storage, cooling and filtering of oil.

l Electric-apparatus box——There are two forms. One has a terminal board that set external connection lead wires; the other one is equipped with whole set of control apparatus.

2.Working principle of hydraulic station is as follows:

Electric motor drives the oil pump to rotate; the pump sucks oil from the oil tank and then convert the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil; through the integrated block (or valve combination), the hydraulic oil make the hydraulic valve realize an adjustment of direction, pressure and flow quantity, and via external connection pipeline, transmit to the oil cylinder or oil motor of hydraulic machinery so as to control the direction, force and speed of hydrodynamically operated machine to push all kinds of hydraulic machinery for mechanical work.

3.Main technical parameter and structure form of hydraulic station:

Mainly based on the pump-unit structural form, mounting position and cooling mode, we distinguished the structural form of hydraulic station from others. According to the mechanism form of pump device, it may be divided into three types:

l Overhead-mounted vertical type: Pump unit is vertically mounted on the cover plate of oil tank, and is mainly used for the constant flow pump system.

l Underneath-mounted horizontal type: Pump unit is horizontally mounted on the cover plate, and is used for the variable capacity pump system to be convenient for the adjustment of flow quantity.

l Side-mounted type: Pump unit is horizontally mounted in an independent foundation that is near the oil tank, and it may be equipped with a stａnd by pump, and is mainly used for the system with an oil tank of greater than 250L and an electric motor of over 7.5kw.

According to the cooling mode, the station is divided into two types:

l Natural cooling: It depends on the oil tank itself to conduct the heat exchange with air so as to cool, and is commonly used for the system with an oil tank of less than 250L.

l Forced cooling: The cooler is adopted to conduct the forced cooling, and it is commonly used for the system with an oil tank of over 250L.

Hydraulic station takes the effective oil storage amount of oil tank and motor power as main technical parameters.

According to the user’s requirements and working condition, this series of hydraulic stations may achieve the items:

l Configure the integrated block according to the system, and it also do not configure;

l The cooler, heater and energy accumulator may be set;

l With/without an electrical control device.
