Hydraulic Component Comprehensive Performance Test Bed
Engineering hydraulic component comprehensive performance test bed is composed of pumping station, hydraulic pump – hydraulic valve test bed, hydraulic cylinder – changing direction component test bed, leakage-oil recovery pumping station, electrical control system and data acquisition system. The engineering hydraulic component comprehensive performance test bed is developed, and may simultaneously complete the acceptance test prior to installation and failure detection of two kinds of engineering hydraulic components, and also may complete the test of system composed of selector valve, pilot valve, safety valve, and hydraulic control multiple-way valve, as well as steering unit, limit valve, safety valve, flow quantity amplifying valve. During the test, the computer is used to conduct the data acquisition, processing and analysis to conveniently, rapidly complete all items of test requirements with high precision.
