1. Brief Description for product
Type test bed, used for engineering-machinery hydraulic valves such as multichannel conversion valve, flow quantity amplifying valve, speed change valve, and factory-leaving test bed of hydraulic pump (gear pump, vane pump, piston pump and variable speed pump) are developed according to the current national standard. Hydraulic valve test bed is commonly composed of pumping station, hydraulic test system, test bed shelf, loading bed shelf, leakage-oil recovery pumping station, electrical control system, computer data acquisition system and so on. Cabinet structure is generally adopted for the hydraulic-valve test bed shelf, and there are pressure gauges, pressure gauge switches, measurement primary instrument, test-piece connection port, test platform and others mounted on the test-bed surface-which may conveniently connect the component to be tested and gain measurement parameters. What is more, it is convenient in observing the test course and parameter change on the spot.
Through these meters (digital pressure gauge, digital flow meter, digital temperature gauge, etc.), data interface box, data collecting card, and industrial computer, the computer data acquisition, processing, graphical analysis ( pressure loss curve, internal leakage curve, safety valve and other pressure characteristic curves, reversing valve micro motion characteristic curve and safety valve transient response characteristic curve), test-report output, data management and other functions are realized for test parameters.
