Characteristic and Functions

◆Adopt imported colour touch screen, man-machine interface can be operated ，examined and amended data in real time；programme system controlled by imported PLC .

◆ SAP applicator device.SAP is added mixed with fluff pulp and controlled by servo motor

◆ Fluff pulp feeding is controlled by servo motor,the finished wood-pulp is symmetrical;adjust the quantity of cotton core while running the machine.

◆Tissue paper ,air-laid paper and fluff pulp can be chosen to produce mattress pads.

◆ Finished products output in a line of triple-fold in count,controlled by servo motor.

◆ Auto detecting and alarm once lack of material or broken material take place.

◆Servo motor driving system,the length of products can be realized through touch screen adjustment without stopping and changing any spare parts.
◆Unwinding device:adopt roll core unwinding with a constant tension control;with the function of auto cutting /auto splicing ;
