★Gearbox adopts cast steel parts, gear teeth adopts alloy steel and fine-teeth treated, all lubrication points inside the gearbox are all forced lubrication type, while lubrication oil is equipped with high-efficient water cooling system.

★Screw is made of 38CroMoALA high-class nitrogenized steel, and has been nitrogenization treated, while surface sprays alloy.

★Cylinder is made of 38CroMoALA high-class nitrogenized steel, and has been nitrogenization treated, while surface sprays alloy.

★Raw material to be processed: PP、ABS、PVC

★This production line is available for the framework of luggage and bag , the soleplate of baby-carriage.
