Manufacture of GPA20-5 II CV&AUTO High Efficiency Circulator pump
Advantagesto intall GPA II CV&AUTO series motor pump install and start the pumpeasily.
Highcomfort level
Lownoise of the pump's and the whole system's operation.
Lowpower consumption
Comparingto the traditional circulator pumps. GPA II CV&AUTO series motorpump can consume low the power, and sticks European energy efficiency A markthat means the lowest power consumption can reach 5W.
Circulation pumpcan consume low the power, with the EEI≤0.23.
Thebenchmark for most efficient circulation is EEI≤0.20.
- Knob operation makes selection of any control mode simple
- No external motor protection required reducing installation time
- High-torque start improves startup under harsh conditions
- Maintenance free and noiseless due to canned-rotor design and use of robust components
- Fast connection plug makes electrical installation quick, safe and easy
- Insulating shells are available to minimize heat loss in heating systems
Thepump also features two different control modes
Thepump has a ceramic shaft and radial bearings, carbon thrust bearing,stainless-steel rotor can, bearing plate and rotor cladding, compositeimpeller, all of which contribute to long life. LEDs indicate the actual operating status.
Thepump is self-venting through the system, which contributes to easycommissioning. The compact design with integrated control box and control panelon side of the motor fits into most common installations.
Thepump housing is made of cast iron and electro coated to improve the corrosionresistance.
Themotor is a synchronous permanent-magnet/compact-stator motor characterized byhigh efficiency.
Thepump speed is controlled by an integrated frequency converter incorporated inthe control box.
