Summary:

1.LQ3G series bitumen Emulsion pump is a three-screw pump. The transmission part of LQ3G bitumen Emulsionpump is mainly composed of a driving screw and two driven screws meshing with it. Bitumen pump has good suction performance, strong self-priming ability, strong heat resistance, wear resistance and long service life.

2.Triple screw bitumen Emulsion pump is a positive displacement pump, it is often used to pump high-pressure viscous fluids. Three screws drive the pumped liquid forth in a closed chamber. As the screws rotate in opposite directions, the pumped liquid moves along the screws' spindles.
LQ3G three screw bitumen Emulsion pumps have several advantages. The pumped fluid is moving axially without turbulence which eliminates foaming that would otherwise occur in viscous fluids. They are also able to pump fluids of higher viscosity without losing flow rate. Also, changes in the pressure difference have little impact on PD pumps compared to centrifugal pumps.
LQ3G series pump are designed with heating jacket, it specially uses for pumping media that generally pre-heating and reduce viscosity.

●Simple construction. Rotating elements are only one power rotor and two idler rotors.

●As rotating elements are only three rotors and comparatively small, and also idler rotors are rotated by liquid pressure, natural, smooth, quiet running is ensured even at high revolution and pressure.

●Liquid enclosed into chambers sealed by rotors and sleeve is transferred continuously from suction to discharge without pulsation and agitation.

●As pressure acted to rotating elements is balanced completely, rotors an sleeve are not disturbed by obstructed pressure, and also, as idler rotors are revolved by liquid pressure and lubricated by liquid pumped, there are no direct touches among rotors and sleeve. Therefore, wear is kept extremely low.

●There is no direct transmission of power to idler rotors and internal pressure acted to rotating elements is balanced, so friction loss is very small. And also, internal leakage loss is kept low with precise machining of rotating elements.

●As liquid is transferred to thrust direction continuously without agitation and also sealed chambers work as infinite piston, high suction lift is ensured easily without cavitation.

●Internal of rotating elements is small.

●Direct coupling with motor and turbine is available without speed reduction.
