XBC series electric or diesel engine fire fighting pump is required to meet the standard GB6245-2006 and international fire pump standard NFPA20, Which designed by YONJOU PUMP. XBC fire pump is a fixed fire fighting device.

Mainly be applied for water and foam extinguishing system in petrochemical industry, natural gas, power station, cotton and linen textile industrial, warehouse, airport, wharf, high-rise buildings, and etc. And also available for ship, tanker, fire fighting naval vessels and etc. XBC fire pump can be equipped with Chinese brａnd good quality engine or import engine either.

Atmosphere	>90kpa	In abnormal condition, engine rated power may lower then normal. Ensure working safe, a bigger engine required at work is better. Note: Measurement of engine rated power is tested in following condition.	Atmosphere	=100kPa

Standard configuration:

Water pump: Single stage end-suction centrifugal fire pump, multistage fire pump, single stage double-suction fire pump, submerged fire pump, rotor fire pump, according with GB6245-2006《 Fire pump testing demａnd and testing method》 and NFPA20(National fire protection association).

Engine: Water cooling engine

1. Single cylinder engine: battery; air, fuel, lubricant filter system; exhaust system with muffler assembly; engine water cooling system; fuel tank; auto start control box(no protection system, manual stop).

2. Multicylinder engine: battery; air、 fuel、 lubricant filter system; exhaust system with muffler assembly; engine water cooling system; fuel tank; engine monitor; PLC editor, auto start control box(normal standard protection system or NFPA20 type).

Functional characteristics:

Wide range of pump	Fire pump can equip with end-suction pump,multistage pump,double-suction pump, rotor pump,wide range of flow and head.
Auto operation	Once the fire pump received a fire signal,or power failure、lose phase of electric motor pump, or received a remote start signal,the pump set will auto start.
Auto operation	Pump crank for 10 seconds,ａnd if start failure it will restart again. Repeat the starting procedure up to 3 times.
Indicator and alarm	Multiple start failure alarm,engine low lubrication alarm,engine high water temperature alarm,engine over speed alarm,low battery voltage alarm. battery charge failure alarm,low fuel level alarm.
Multiple start mode	Manual,a variety of automatic start.
Auto shut down	Pump auto shut down by the fire signal disappeared.
Remote connect terminals	terminals as remote start, stop, pump set running, pump set comprehensive failure,etc.
Direct connection	A coupling between engine and pump is required to directly connect, by this connection fewer failure and smaller vibration will have.
Auto battery charging	When Auto mode on,during the standby time,a charger can supply a constant current, voltage to insure the battery have enough power. Once the battery fully charged, the charger will cut off the current automatically for in case the damage.
Adjustable rated speed	Through adjusting engine speed,the pump flow and head can be adjusted to the required point.
Double power supply	The starting current will be absorbed from either power supply alternately. If one set of power failure will change to anther one automatically.(Optional)
Maintenance-free battery	No need to frequently refill the electrolyte.(Optional)
Pre-heat	Make sure the engine can start normally in cold weather.(Optional)
Timing start	Available to set timing start,to test pump could run regularly.(Optional)
