1. Mainly made of steel plate welding parts, which have been tempered, vibrated, and aged. The frame design is based on finite element analysis and has high rigidity and precision. This ensures that the machine has small deformation and is more convenient to use. The workbench that moves forward and backward can also be specially customized.
2. Formulate the stroke height of the hydraulic cylinder according to the customer’s different choices. It can be customized according to customer requirements. A good hydraulic pump station can provide powerful power. An anti-seismic pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve are installed on the pump station to allow users to observe and adjust the machine’s pressure at any time.
3. It has a good power mechanism and electrical system. Using button centralized control, three working modes of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic can be realized. It can complete the ejection process and can have three process methods: the ejection process and the stretching process. Each process has two process actions: fixed pressure and fixed range.
