(1) 30# hydraulic oil is recommended for working oil. When the room temperature is higher than 30℃, 30# can be selected. The operating oil temperature should be within the range of 15°C to 60°C.
(2) The oil should be strictly filtered before it is allowed to be added to the oil tank. The oil filling amount in the oil tank should not be lower than the oil mark, and the filling tank should also be added to the oil mark position.
(3) The working oil should be replaced every six months, and the immediate replacement time should not exceed two months. (The new grades of oil are N32, N46 ordinary hydraulic oil, and N32, N46 mechanical oil can also be used instead.
(4) The exposed parts of the column and the plunger should be sprayed with oil frequently, and it should be sprayed once before each work.
(5) Under the nominal force, the concentrated load is very large and the allowable eccentricity is 50mm. If the eccentricity is too large, it is easy to strain the column or cause other undesirable phenomena.
(6) Check and calibrate the pressure gauge every six months.
