Truck longitudinal beams are the longest stamped parts on a car. The truck's longitudinal beam is almost equal to the longitudinal length of the passenger car. The longitudinal beam material is a high-strength thick steel plate, so the blanking, punching, and bending forming forces are very large. Commonly used ones include 2,000-ton, 3,000-ton, 4,000-ton, and 5,000-ton truck chassis hydraulic presses.
The equipment is equipped with a side-opening movable workbench, a mold quick-change clamping mechanism, a hydraulic protection device, and a lower air cushion. Our 4,000-ton truck chassis hydraulic press is mainly used for cold stamping of various large and medium-sized covering parts, stretching, bending, forming, and other processes of thin plates. 1) The tie rods and nuts of the auto longitudinal beam and crossbeam stamping forming equipment are made of 45# forged steel.
2) The main cylinder is a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is connected to the upper beam through a flange, and the piston rod is connected to the slider. The surface of the piston rod is quenched and ground to improve its surface accuracy and wear resistance. The oil cylinder is sealed with an imported U-shaped sealing ring, which has reliable sealing and a long service life.
3) All structural parts of the fuselage, such as upper beams, columns, worktables, sliders, lower beams, and other large welded parts, are all made of Q235B all-steel plate welded box structures. All major components need to be annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress.
4) The appearance of the fuselage is smooth with no obvious concave and convex phenomena. The welds are neat and tidy, with no welding slag or welding scars.

6. Use button centralized control. It has three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.
This series of presses is mainly suitable for the pressing and molding of various auto longitudinal beams, large transmission towers, and similar long parts.
