Angular Contact Bearing

The angular contact ball bearing mainly bears a large one-way axial load, and the connection line between the steel ball contacting the ball bearing and the contact point of the inner and outer rings forms an angle with the radial direction. The contact angles are generally divided into 15°, 30°, and 40°, which are represented by the letters C, A, and B, respectively. The greater the contact angle, the greater the load capacity. The cage material is steel, brass or engineering plastic, and the molding method is stamping or turning, which is selected according to the bearing form or use conditions. Others include combined angular contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings and four-point contact ball bearings. Mainly used in industrial machinery, such as machine tool spindles, electromechanical equipment, welding machines and other mechanical equipment.
