The CWA RF Admittance Level Switch is an upgraded intelligent point level detector evolved from traditional capacitive level technology, delivering superior anti‑fouling performance, reliability, and accuracy for industrial level monitoring.

Designed with no moving parts, the unit features a compact, robust structure with zero mechanical wear, long service life, straightforward installation, and simplified commissioning.

The CWA series adopts an all‑new digital intelligent circuit design replacing conventional analog circuits, greatly enhancing operational efficiency, measurement stability, and precision to adapt to diverse material properties seamlessly.

It supports level detection for most liquids, solids, granules, slurries, and highly viscous media. Calibration is completed via one‑key setup to define accurate alarm thresholds. An optional remote operator allows real‑time measurement monitoring and on‑site adjustment of alarm values, differential gap, delay time, and high/low alarm selection. Intelligent LCD models offer real‑time value display and full parameter configuration to meet varied user requirements.

Working Principle

The CWA RF Admittance Level Switch uses high‑frequency RF signals to measure the admittance (reciprocal of impedance) formed by the sensing electrode, grounded container wall, and process medium.

As material covers the probe, the composite capacitive‑resistive admittance value changes. The intelligent digital circuit detects this variation and outputs a switching signal when reaching the calibrated threshold.
