Front and rear tilting dust hood, solid steel structure design, the furnace cover with refractory material is fixed in the middle of the dust hood, through the hydraulic cylinder, the entire dust hood can be opened back and forth. It is connected to the exhaust gas discharge and dust suction piping system through the flange located on the rotating shaft of the furnace body.

During the smelting process of the electric furnace, the entire dust hood is closed, and the it covers the crucible of the molten pool, which can reduce the heat loss during feeding, smelting and casting process, sucking away dust and waste gas to achieve and improve the effect of waste gas emission.

When the entire dust hood is opened in the forward direction, the feeding operation can be performed.

The entire vacuum hood can be opened in the backward direction, which facilitates the operation of ejecting the furnace lining without dismantling the vacuum hood, such as facilitating the maintenance of the sprue of the induction furnace.

Note: The front and rear tilting hoods should operate under the condition that the suction volume is satisfied
