II. Operational Principle

It connects to the power supply 0-220v. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the HV transformer produces 0~50V power frequency high voltage to each electrode, and then the insulating boots (gloves) obtains the specified test voltage. Read and record the test parameters according to insulation boots (gloves) test procedures.
