Kettelone AT series receiver
Ketlon AT series can improve the safety and reliability of mechanical operation in harsh industrial environment. AT series systems can be installed in driving vehicles, furnaces, conveyors, loading and unloading equipment, mining machinery, agricultural equipment, etc.
All Kettelone AT series systems can be customized according to customer requirements to meet the needs of individual application fields. Customized products can reach 32 outputs and or analog stepless outputs.
receiver/decoder
AT series (see above) are high-quality industrial equipment units with dustproof and waterproof P65 grade. The AT series uses high-performance microprocessor technology. A single decoder board is directly controlled by a sturdy handheld remote controller transmitter and responds accordingly. The entire electronic components of the receiver decoder are protected by an anti-electromagnetic/radio frequency interference chassis (metal box). The area division of the chassis includes power supply, RF reception, and microprocessor-based decoders.
AT series systems can also select Close Start™,Range Limiting™ and Multi-Frequency Using Synthesis, etc. Multiple microprocessors prevent signal interference from the entire decoder, thus improving anti-interference capability and operational reliability.
AT decoder can perform continuous self-testing to ensure the reliability and safety of operation. The display of the two states can show the normal operation state and the fault error state. Connect the output to the relay interface through a cable. Durable relays for simple function identification. All relays are plugged into sockets with mechanical screw clamps, and the filter circuit is designed to sense the load. There is an LED lamp next to each relay display, which lights up when powered on.
Caitron's application engineers guarantee that all AT receivers/decoders can be programmed. This can realize complex sequential logic, timely function and interlock functions, and usually eliminate the second interface, such as PLC with timer and relay. Because AT series can be programmed and designed, AT series products are suitable for various equipment. AT system can also be used with other types of remote controllers under Cattron®.
