3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use should be less than 40℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75℃.
4. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of the engineering plastic pump is less than 100℃, and the operating temperature of the metal pump is less than 100℃. Liquids containing hard particles and fibers.
5. For the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use to drain the accumulated fluid in the pump.
6. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.
Precautions during operation:
1. Pay attention to the pressure difference between the front and rear of the suction filter. When the pressure difference increases, it means that there is foreign matter on the filter. Stop the pump to clean the strainer.

5. The magnetic drive of the magnetic centrifugal pump has two modes: synchronous drive and asynchronous drive. 4. The core components of the magnetic pump are the outer magnetic assembly and the inner magnetic assembly. If it is idling, it will cause the core components to be demagnetized at high temperature, and the performance of the magnetic pump after demagnetization will be greatly reduced.
