Electricity oven

Electricity oven is a traditional baking oven. The emission of the oven are the waste from biscuits production. Electricity is a environmentally friendly heating source. And it is good option if LPG,NPG or other heating source are shortage.

Different numbers of heaters are installed at different zone to meet the temperature requirements and baking processing. The heaters are controlled by manual operating and automatically while the oven is working.

Gas oven

Gas heating is another type of heating for biscuit baking. The oven structure can be direct gas fired or indirect gas fired. Gas heating can reach the target temperature very fast.

Indirect diesel oil fired oven

Diesel oil is common heat fuel in some countries. It is easy to get at customer factory.

Hybrid oven

Hybrid oven are combined with direct gas fired oven and indirect heating oven. The last Zone of oven we use indirect heating. This type of oven configuration can meet the baking procedure from get thicker, shaping of product,de-moisture and coloring. The rainbow burners flame can be adjusted from left , middle to right to assure the biscuits baking coloring evenly. High density of rock wool for good preserve of heat inside the oven. And convection structure oven can carry the hot air back then send to the biscuits surface on baking. Heat recycle it is ideal way for reducing heat fuel reduce and less emission.
