Safe Gas Turbine Flow Meter For Propane Gas
Propane gas turbine flow meter is the main type of velocity flowmeter. When the measured fluid flows through the turbine flowmeter sensor, under the action of the fluid, the impeller is forced to rotate, and its speed is proportional to the average flow velocity of the pipeline. Meanwhile, the blade periodically cuts the magnetic force line generated by the electromagnet,Change the magnetic flux of the coil. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the pulsating electric potential signal, i.e. electric pulse signal, will be induced in the coil. The frequency of the electric pulse signal is proportional to the flow of the measured fluid.

Explosion proof form of propane gas turbine flowmeter
Propane gas is flammable and explosive gas, so the flowmeter for measuring this gas also needs to have good explosion-proof treatment and be in the appropriate explosion-proof grade
Here is the general knowledge about explosion-proof grade
1. Intrinsically safe "I" (intrinsically safe electrical equipment and its associated equipment) intrinsically safe circuit: under specified test conditions, the electric spark and thermal effect generated under normal operation or specified fault state cannot ignite the specified explosive gas or steam circuit.
Intrinsically safe electrical equipment: all circuits are intrinsically safe electrical equipment.
The intrinsically safe part of intrinsically safe equipment and associated equipment is divided into IA and Ib:
¨ Ia: electrical equipment that cannot be ignited due to normal operation + one fault + two faults of any combination.
¨ Ib: normal operation + intrinsically safe electrical equipment that cannot cause ignition under a fault condition.
It can be seen that ia level is higher than IB level
Associated equipment: electrical equipment equipped with intrinsically safe circuit and non intrinsically safe circuit, and whose structure is non intrinsically safe circuit and can not have adverse effect on intrinsically safe circuit.
