MAX/MIN button: display memory highest/lowest temperature or clear highest/lowest temperature.

Press MAX/MIN in the normal state to switch between display maximum → minimum → current temperature. In this state, press and hold the MAX/MIN button for 2 seconds to clear the displayed maximum/minimum temperature and return to the current temperature display. If there is no operation in the middle, the meter will automatically return to the current temperature display after 8 seconds.

C/F conversion button: In the normal display state, press this button to achieve Celsius/Fahrenheit display conversion
