High Resolution Video Microcope INTD745-13+INTC-R200HD

INTD745-13 HD video microscope adopts a single barrel continuous zoom, which combined parallel light path system with clear imaging. 

Through the CCD camera, the microscopic image signal is transmitted to the monitor to observe the object, which can greatly improve the flexibility of microscopic observation.

1. Microscope body

1.1 Characteristic

• The compact structure design makes all functions concentrated on one lens barrel, which is very suitable for the narrow installation space in modern equipment.

• Using the parallel light path imaging system and advanced multi-layer coating technology, the imaging effect of the edge of the field of view is well corrected, the image with high definition and high contrast can be obtained, and the true color of the observed object can be naturally restored.

• Resolution 63-180lp / mm, meeting the requirements of conventional imaging of machine vision.

• Auxiliary objective lens and CCD adapter with various magnifications can be selected as required, so that the maximum magnification range of the whole system can reach 0.35x-18x, working distance 37mm-356mm and object field of view range 0.23mm-91mm.

2. CMOS introduction（INTC-R200HD）

The software and hardware are newly upgraded. With an all-aluminum body, and the shell adopts advanced CNC fine milling technology, it has more visual impact and texture. 

This is an industrial camera with intelligent system, built-in self-developed measurement system and automatic alignment detection system, one-dimensional code and two-dimensional code recognition and scanning function.

The software package can be loaded according to different needs of customers through I / O serial port porting algorithm. Without PC host, HD HDMI interface is directly output to the screen. Furthermore it is more convenient for mouse to operate the camera.

2.1 Characteristic

• Sony low noise and high sensitivity photosensitive chip is adopted.

• The output frame rate is increased to 60fps, and the preview speed is greatly increased.

• Arm cortex A9 @ max. 930mhz processor is used internally, with fast speed and stable operation.
