The electric cone valve is a new product developed and designed by Shanghai European company according to the design principle of imported products, combined with domestic terrain conditions and working conditions. It is usually used as the free discharge valve of bypass valve of hydraulic turbine generator set and continuous discharge flow control. The product adopts inverted conical plunger core structure, so it is called conical valve. Conical valve has superior energy dissipation effect, so it is also called energy dissipation valve. Conical valve is often used for farmland irrigation, so it is also known as irrigation valve.
The electric conical valve is composed of buried pipe, valve body, sleeve, electric device, screw rod, connecting rod and other parts. Its structure is in the form of outer sleeve, that is, the valve body is fixed. It uses the screw nut expansion action to drive the outer sleeve to move up and down, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the valve
The electric cone valve has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, good energy dissipation effect, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and small opening and closing force. When the valve is discharging, the spouting water tongue is trumpet shaped, and the air is diffused and aerated, so the energy dissipation effect is good. Generally, no energy dissipation measures are needed. If the valve is set as submerged outflow, the side underwater energy dissipation is also very simple. The conical valve is widely used in water conservancy, hydropower, reservoir and other projects
The electric cone valve is used as the free discharge valve or continuous discharge flow control of the bypass valve of hydraulic turbine generator set. Due to the use of inverted conical plunger valve core and named, referred to as conical valve, and because of its excellent energy dissipation effect, it is also known as energy dissipation valve. In addition to the conical valve core at the end of the flow passage, all moving parts of the conical valve are set outside the flow passage of the valve, which makes the internal flow channel of the valve body smooth, with large flow rate and less pressure drop loss, which will not produce cavitation and vibration in the whole working range;
