1. Structure and composition

Test Bed for Hydraulic Pump is mainly made up of power-driven system, hydraulic control system, filtration temperature control cycle system, oil leakage recovery system, electric control system, and computer control and test system. It can test the dynamic and static performance of hydraulic vane pump (simplex pump, double pump and multiplex pump), gear pump and plunger pump. The test scope, test item and test requirement are in line with relevant national standard such as JB/T7039-2006, JB/T7041-2006 and JB/T7043-2006. Test and control precision: grade B or C.

2. Features

Through these meters (digital pressure gauge, digital flow meter, digital temperature gauge, digital rotary speed torque meter), data interface box, data collecting card, display equipment, printer and industrial computer, the computer data acquisition, processing, graphic plotting (characteristic curve, performance curve, and equal efficiency curve), test-report output, data management and other functions are realized for test parameters.
