Features
Automatic color change and cleaning
CCV automatic color change valve. Modular design, tightly integrated with the CorMix control system, realizes automatic color change and automatic cleaning, while meeting the flexible demａnd for expanding paint colors in the future.
Precise ratio
The ratio of CorMix coatings ranges from 0.1:1 to 50:1, the ratio increment is 0.1, and the ratio accuracy can reach ±1%, which can meet most of today's industrial coating requirements.
Humanized control system
The control interface of CorMix is concise and fully considers the operating habits of the operator. The interface of ratio, calibration, cleaning, metering, color change, fault report, etc. is simple and clear, and the operator can be proficient in the operating system after simple training.
Small footprint
The integrated design and the concept of modular combination and collocation greatly improve the space utilization rate and reduce the cost of on-site installation, arrangement, and transportation.
