Product introduction
The output of the pyrophyllite vertical mill produced by Tongli Heavy Machinery is: ≥8t/h. The fineness of pyrophyllite powder reached 45 μm (99% pass) and the energy consumption per unit product was significantly lower than that of Raymond Mill. It is a combination of fine crushing drying grinding powder selection and transportation. It has the advantages of high grinding efficiency low power consumption large drying capacity easy adjustment of product fineness simple process flow small footprint low noise no dust pollution low abrasion easy maintenance and reliable operation.
Structure principle
The pyrophyllite vertical mill consists of separator shell grinding roller grinding disc transmission arm transmission device frame pressurizing device and limiting device. Its main drive system is a grinding disc main reducer main motor and other three parts. The pyrophyllite vertical mill uses a grinding roller to squeeze the material on the disc and rely on the air flow and the separator to bring the particles meeting the fineness requirements out of the mill and collect it through a dust collector to become a finished product. In the vertical mill particles with larger particle sizes in the air stream fall back to the grinding disc for grinding under the action of gravity. This process must be carried out several times before the fineness can be achieved.
