Structure principle

Mainly composed of separatorroller device abrasive disk device pressure device reducermotor shelletcSeparator is a kind of high efficiencyenergy saving powder selecting device.Roller is used to crush material crushing.Grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer where the roller grind the material.Pressure device supply roller with grinding pressure parts provinding enough pressure to crush material.

By means of the hydraulic booster the size of the grinding force can be increased so that the production is increased efficiency of flour is improved. Also the stop device only grind materials to prevent accidental contact between roller and grinding ring from vibration and abrasion.
