Airframe, archway components:

The fuselage part is the main part of the mill, and the rest of the components are mounted on the fuselage, which are welded by steel and steel plates. After all, stress relief treatment. Each joint surface and mounting surface are finished and the mounting surface is machined with a positioning keyway for precise positioning and convenient installation, ensuring the parallelism between the spindles of each group and the perpendicularity with the rolling centerline.

The archway components are the main working part of the machine. There are 19 sets, which are installed and fixed on the fuselage from front to back. The assembly mainly consists of front and rear arch frame, upper and lower main shaft, upper beam, upper shaft lifting and adjusting screw, front and rear bearing support and spindle bearing. The rear arch frame is fixed on the fuselage and is the support reference for the upper and lower spindles; the front arch is detachable for easy replacement of the assembly rolls. The upper and lower main shafts are mounted on the bearing support through bearings. The bearing support can be adjusted along the guide surface of the arch window by adjusting the lead screw to adjust the distance between the upper and lower shafts for the installation of different diameter rolls. The position of the rolls on each axis is adjusted and fixed by the nuts at both ends of the spindle. The rolls are made of GCr15 and quenched HRC 58-62. The roll processing process is as follows:

E, transmission system:

Hydraulic punching and setting mechanism:

The hydraulic punching and cutting mechanism consists of a traveling trolley, a pneumatic clamping mechanism, a hydraulic punching machine, a hydraulic cutting machine, a punching die, and a cutting Mold, oil cylinder, 11KW hydraulic station, etc. When the length of the profile reaches the position of the meter hole, the pneumatic cone pin Sliding into the hole, and the pneumatic clamping mechanism acts to ensure that the traveling trolley and the profile are synchronized, and the punching machine and the cutting machine act to complete the punching and cutting of the profile.
