Four-column hydraulic press
The four-column hydraulic machine series are mainly Y27, Y28, Y32 series, etc. The four-column hydraulic machine is the most common and widely used hydraulic machine. The fuselage is composed of an upper beam, a lower beam and four vertical columns. The main cylinder is installed in the upper beam. The pistons of the cylinder are integrated into one. The movable beam moves up and down with the column as the guide, which can realize the working cycle of "fast down of the main cylinder-slow down pressing-up of the main cylinder, back up of the lower cylinder-end of up, automatic shutdown".
It is equipped with two speeds of no-load fast and slow profiling and working stretching, and also has a hydraulic blanking mechanism and a material returning mechanism. It is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials, especially for the processes of sheet drawing, flanging, etc. It can also be used in the cold extrusion process of metal parts. It has the characteristics of high working efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient operation, stable work and safety.
The hydraulic control system adopts a plug-in integrated system, which has reliable action, long service life, and small hydraulic shock, which reduces the connecting pipeline and leakage points.
The imported PLC-controlled electrical system is compact, sensitive and reliable, and easy to use and maintain. There are three operating modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic adjustment.
The bottom beam is equipped with a hydraulic pad. Through the operation panel, the hydraulic pad can realize three working cycles of ejection, no ejection and hydraulic pad blanking.
