Applicable Scope
Sheet to sheet full automatic CCD registering screen printer, also called automatic silk screen press or silkscreen printing machine.
It is perfect for printing electronics substrate material , such as graphic overlays, automotive dashboard, appliances panel, nameplates, flexible circuits, touch screen line, ITO film, aerospace label, diffuser, keyboard circuits, solar cell film, etc .

1.VT6090P-1 screen printer is equipped with high quality image processing device and high precise positioning.
2.Printer adopts independent snap-off system. The distance between squeegee and screen frame could be adjusted easily, which could supports high precision printing.
3.Machine operation and image processing were controlled by touch screen and servo driven.
4.The touch screen could indicate the reason of machine alarm.
5.There are safety grating in front of printing machine .The mesh frame will emergency stop in case there is dangerous when mesh frame goes down .
6.Automatic loading, printing and unloading, it realizes full automatic process.
